Tony Bianco ‘Asara’ Heels Review

This is Asara by Tony Bianco, one of their latest designs for 2013.
Pictured above in Black Capretto, Asara is also available in Sand Capretto which is pictured below.

Asara is a simple yet stunning strappy high heel which features one strap across the toes, and then an ankle strap which has a gold chain detail.

Entry is super easy via the zip at the back.
The heel is 12cms high which is in my opinion, high enough for a strappy pair of heels like these.
You really wouldn’t want to go any higher considering there is no front platform or anything, and there really isn’t much shoe there.

12cms is comfortable enough to last you about 4 hours with no pain but after that, prepare for some blistering.

I personally adore the black version. You always see black teamed up with silver, so I like how this is something different.

Asara retails for $179.95, which is fair.
Get your pair from the Tony Bianco website. If you spend over $80, you get free postage.
Plus if you’re a member of Tony Bianco’s loyalty program, you’ll receive further discounts plus points.

Here are some actual photos of Tony Bianco’s Buci heels in the colour Azzure Suede.

As you can see, the colour looks a bit more baby blue on the website, whereas in real life, it’s almost a stormy light greyish blue.

They are super comfortable considering the height of the heel, which is 15.5cms. That front platform helps a lot.

Buci comes in a large variety of colours and leathers, please check out my actual review of this heel.

You can get your pair at the Tony Bianco website. Also check out The Iconic, Styletread and Wanted Shoes.

They retail for $179.95.

Tony Bianco ‘Blitz’ Heels – No Longer In Production

Published September 10, 2012 by heelsandbags

TONY BIANCO STATED TODAY THAT PRODUCTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR ‘BLITZ’.

Blitz is a pair of heels that look exactly like Buci, but the back heel area is covered in spikes & studs. Super hot.

They were only available in Black Capretto and were on Pre-Order.

They were supposed to be delivered out sometime last week.
You can imagine how shocked I was when I saw that they had completely disappeared off the Tony Bianco website.

So I called them to ask what was going on with my order.

I was told that in the factory in China, where they make the shoes, there has been a manufacturing fault and that Tony Bianco has cancelled the order.

So basically Blitz has been blitzed and they are not making them anymore.

I was told that maybe in their next round of orders in December they may retry to order them, but it’s not for sure.

What happens to our $189.95 that we paid when we Pre-Ordered ?

Apparently, an email was to go out today to everyone that ordered a pair with 2 options on how to proceed:

Option 1: Get a full refund plus a 30% off voucher.
Option 2: Exchange for another pair and get a 30% off voucher.

I am really upset about this, as I was really looking forward to getting these heels. Extremely not happy.
Especially since I Pre-Ordered them about 6 weeks ago and I’ve been waiting all this time.
The only other pair I currently still want is ‘Ezme’ in the Azzure Capretto/Skin Capretto, but that means another months waiting as they’re on Pre-Order too.
Again not happy.

Anyways, for all of you that ordered these Blitz heels, I hope this info helps you out.

By the way, I never got an email from TB today. I will wait until tomorrow and call them again. What is going on with their customer service ?

Tony Bianco ‘Kari’ Heels Review

Published September 5, 2012 by heelsandbags

20120905-160919.jpg

This is Kari by Tony Bianco.

Kari was released on the Tony Bianco website today and even though it was only released in Gold Zephyr originally, it is now also available in 3 more colours.

Also available now is White Pearl, Bone Pearl and White Gold Zephyr.

All I can say about Kari is ‘wow’ !
They look amazing. I love the glittery gold material. These truly are party heels.

Kari features an intertwining triple strap cut-out design across the toes and across the front of the foot, and around the ankle. This then joins to a pocket back and there is a rear zip for easy entry.

The heel height is 13cms and they have a front platform which is 3cms high.
This is a pretty classic heel height and has been the standard for the last few years.
They’re super comfy and you don’t feel the height at all. You can dance all night long !

Zephyr is a man-made, glitter covered material with a sparkly finish and is rough to the touch.

Kari retails for $189.95 at Tony Bianco which is on the higher end, but is the norm for their unique & trendy designs.

Everyone gets free postage though, and members get a small discount.

Tony Bianco ‘Kyli’ Heels Review NEW COLOURS !

Published August 30, 2012 by heelsandbags

20120831-094115.jpg

Finally ! Tony Bianco have released Kyli in some new colours.
Don’t get me wrong, I loved the Ruby Kid Suede that it originally came out in, but these new colours are pretty awesome.

Above we have the new Gold Shine.
Below, is Black Patent, Black Kid Suede and also Coyote Kid Suede.

I personally love the Black Patent. It is such an elegant & classy look. Simple and versatile. Kyli, in Black Patent, will never go out of style.
A simple black strappy heel will always be in.

Kyli features a thin strap across the toes and a small pocket back with a thin strap around the front of the ankle.
This does up with a small buckle.

The heel height on these is a perfect 13cms and they have a 3cm front platform, which makes these as comfy as can be and easy to walk in.
Your foot will only be feeling 10cms of heel height, really.

At $159.95 a pop, these really are a fabulous buy because you will get so much wear out of them.

Wear them with your sexiest little dress or dress them down a bit for daywear, pair them with some capris and a nice top.

Gold Shine is a smooth leather with a metallic finish.
Black Patent is a high shine leather.
Kid Suede is suede matte leather with a slightly fuzzy texture.

Everyone gets free postage at Tony Bianco, plus members get a small discount.

Here are some photos of Tony Bianco’s Aliyah in White Capretto with gold plating.

They feature a 12cm heels and are a beautiful strappy design.

The leather is beautifully soft and supple and they are quite comfy on the foot and they feel secure too. Your foot doesn’t wobble too much.

They have 2 thin straps across the toes, a T-Bar up the front which then attaches to criss-crossed ankle straps.
A small gold buckle does them up.

These retail at $179.95 on the Tony Bianco website.
Other colours available include Black Capretto and Sand Capretto, both with Gold plating.

Everyone gets free postage so if you want a pair, be quick, they’re selling fast.

Tony Bianco ‘Pacific’ Heels Review

Published August 24, 2012 by heelsandbags

20120824-163046.jpg

This is Pacific by Tony Bianco, a style that has been carried on from last Summer.

At the moment, Tony Bianco has these available in 2 colours on their website.
The Black Lizard Nubuck, above, and the Skin Lizard Nubuck, below.

Pacific has a heel height of 14cms and a front platform height of 4cms.
These are really comfy, considering their height. That front platform really helps.

They also feature a peeptoe opening at the front.

Lizard Nubuck is a matte leather with a lizard skin finish.

Originally, these came out in a huge variety of colours including candy coloured combos, red, pink, blue, magenta, mustard, rose pink etc.

If you are after one of these colours, your best bet would be to look on eBay, I’ve seen them there brand new for about $60.
Also try Styletread and The Iconic. They will also have them at sale prices.

If you buy from Tony Bianco though, you’ll get free postage, plus members get a small discount.

Tony Bianco ‘Dice’ Heels Review

Published August 23, 2012 by heelsandbags

20120823-211208.jpg

This is Dice, one of Tony Bianco’s latest styles.

Pictured above in Indigo Kid Suede, Dice comes in a total of 4 colours including Black Suede, Ruby Suede and Skin Suede, which are all pictured below.

Dice is a low heel with a curved front toe strap which is wider on the outside and thinner in the middle.
There is a small pocket back at the heel and an ankle strap that does up with a small buckle.

The heel height is only 9.5cms, so these are quite low, but they are super comfy.

Wear these with skinny jeans or tailored shorts and a nice blouse. Add a scarf for a more classic touch.

These are versatile heels and will go with many outfits.
Personally, I’m not a fan, but if I had to pick a colour, I’d go with the Indigo.
Gorgeous.

Buy yours from the Tony Bianco website for $139.95, which is a fab price for a pair of new season shoes.

Everyone gets free postage, plus members get a small discount !
